Rules for arrival

Process

  1. In waiting lane please keep up to the vehicle in front – avoid unnecessary gaps.
  2. Then immediately move into the corresponding lane
    = Deliveries
    = Collections
  3. Wait for the barrier to open and drive onto scale .
  4. Turn off the engine and have your loading or unloading number ready at the intercom.

General rules

  • Always wait in your vehicle and do not walk around in front of or on the premises!

  • Absolutely no smoking, even in trucks, even outside of the entrance barriers!

  • Tarpaulins and doors should only be opened at the loading and unloading stations!

Registration rules

Turn off your engine on the weighing scales!

Press the marked button
“once” at the intercom!

Provide your loading number when requested (German or English)
Take your loading and unloading ticket!
Only leave the scale when told to do so and move to the loading or unloading station!

General yard rules

  • The statutory highway code (StVO) applies throughout the entire company premises!

  • The maximum speed is 10 km/h!

  • Absolutely no smoking – even in your truck!

  • Wear protective equipment -> High-vis vest and enclosed safety shoes!

  • Watch out for yard traffic -> forklifts, wheel loaders, pedestrians!

  • Stay seated in your vehicle during waiting and loading times!

  • Do not walk around on the company premises!

  • Heed signage and driving and pedestrian paths!

  • You are prohibited from driving with open doors on the company premises!

  • After loading (including baled goods), your doors and tarpaulins must be closed before leaving the loading area!
